"I was toast."
After smashing a world record some might have thought Charlie O'Brien would have gone and celebrated his achievement - but something about spending more than 33 hours on a swing will make you think differently.
"I was dead, as soon as I got home at around four I went straight to bed and literally slept for like 15 hours straight," O'Brien said.
He officially finished his time at 33 hours and 11 minutes, beating the previous record by held by Aimee Pivott (New Zealand) by 1 hour and 9 minutes.
O'Brien originally planned to go for 40 hours, finishing at 10pm on Thursday, but said his body just wasn't going to handle getting to that time.
