In the medley of floats at this year's Hastings Blossom Parade, you may spot a first-time entry - built by four generations from the same family.
Everyone in Sonya Healey's family is helping out with her entry in the annual parade, from her 87-year-old grandmother to her 2-year-old son.
Ms Healey's grandmother has made the trip to Hastings for the parade her whole life.
"My nana used to travel from Dannevirke to the blossom parade every year. She'd be there with bells on. She wouldn't care if it was raining - it was the one day she didn't care about her hair."
These days, a Hastings-based Ms Healey and her baby son, mother and grandmother are fixtures at the parade.
