A group who shares its love of music and God with the community have taken out April in this year's Flaxmere Hero's Calendar.
The Flaxmere Stake Choir from the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints is a 40- member chorus made up of youth, men, women and children who perform to a host of audiences around the country.
Chorus member Ruth Wong said it was a privilege to be able to share their passion with the community.
"We are so grateful; we are restoring faith in mankind."
Under the supervision of a reliable, loyal Flaxmere man, Traci Tuimaseve, the choir organised Flaxmere's first Christmas in the Park and the 12 days of Christmas celebrations.
