The showing of Secretariat: The Impossible True Story at Cinema Gold in Havelock North tomorrow night will raise money for the Canterbury Earthquake Appeal.
Tickets can be bought from Forbes Saddlery in Stortford Lodge, ASB Havelock North, or by calling 87 47 687. Punters should arrive at 6.30pm for a 7pm start to enjoy the glass of wine and nibbles their $25 buys.
Also tomorrow, a craft auction will raise money for the Red Cross appeal for the stricken city. The event will be held at Opera Kitchen, Hastings, between 6pm and 9pm.
