"It is a really special night and was a sell-out right from the beginning," Ms Dundas said.
"The Manse Meat Masterclass" was another sell-out event held at the Pop Up Kitchen at the Art Deco Masonic Hotel in Napier.
The Village Butcher caught everyone's attention from the get-go, as he taught the audience how to fillet a large carcass from head to toe.
He was joined by The Manse owner and chef Gary Grootelaar, and representatives from Alpha Domus Winery and Hawkes Ridge Winery.
The team demonstrated the preparation and cooking of five cuts of beef for five different dishes, which were then matched with local wines.
The third event last night, "Bistronomy Meets HiaKai", gave people a taste of New Zealand cuisine from a distinctively Maori perspective.
"Monique Fiso, founder of HiaKai, explored the food through some earthy tones which were then mixed with Bistronomy chef James Beck's magic," Ms Dundas said.
"It was very special."
Today is another busy day with the sold-out "Hapi Breakfast" kicking everything off at 9.30am.
The breakfast explores and showcases some natural superfoods that give people a sound start to their day.
For the dog lovers, "Yappie Hour" begins at 4pm at Trinity Hill Winery.
"It is a chance for F.A.W.C to celebrate dogs and last year we had 68 dogs turn up. It is a perfect evening as the owners get wine and the dogs get some food and fun."
The Bourbon BBQ Club ends the day and is a chance for people to experience some rich and smoky flavours with chef Damon McGinnis leading the way.
"People can get really stuck in while getting their hands dirty. Everyone will enjoy the madness."
