The Denver Broncos and North Carolina Panthers battled for Super Bowl supremacy in Santa Clara, California, in front of 71,088 fans yesterday.
Ms Dame was "very confident" of a Panthers win until a run-in with a rival.
"I was pretty nervous, I ran into a Broncos fan at the store and he was talking a large game."
The Broncos eventually ran away with the match 24-10.
Ms Dame was a bit gutted at the result but was looking on the bright side.
"If we won and I was celebrating alone it wouldn't have been very fun."
Her chicken wings, hot dogs and devilled eggs proved a hit with patrons and she said the atmosphere was electric.
She said a lack of big game experience hurt her side.
"They played sloppily and made careless mistakes."
Broncos linebacker Von Miller took home the most valuable player in what may well be the final match of quarterback Peyton Manning's storied 18-year career.
Along with the chicken wings, 325 million litres of beer was guzzled by Americans during the festivities.
For many fans, the halftime show was the main event of Super Bowl Sunday.
Beyoncé, Chris Martin and Bruno Mars delivered a dose of nostalgia as they paid tribute to music legends James Brown, Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson.
Turks duty manager Kristie Harry said it was a very festive atmosphere at the bar with patrons glued to the TV throughout the match.
Ms Dame said the bar was strictly "Panthers territory" and she even managed to get a few locals cheering for her team.
