Hundreds of cyclists descended on Central Hawke's Bay for the 25th annual Tour de Beautiful at the weekend.
To celebrate the 25-year landmark there was a two-day Festival of Cycling that included events such as the Bay Motorcycle Mountain Bike, the Wayne Kirk Mitsubishi Criterium, the Longridge Tour de Beautiful and a meet and greet evening.
Riders had the chance to compete for $5000 worth of prizemoney and spot prizes throughout the weekend.
Event manager Tim Mackie said the weekend was a complete success with 220 people taking part in yesterday's Tour de Beautiful which was run over a variety of lengths, including 100km, 55km, 25km and 10km.
"That was brilliant, it was a fantastic weekend.
