Police are still investigating a single motor vehicle accident south of Dannevirke this morning after the vehicle rolled.
The single occupant, a woman in her late 60s was being treated by St John ambulance staff at the scene, before being transferred to Palmerston North Hospital.
A police spokesperson told the Dannevirke News the vehicle had left the road, hit a culvert and rolled, coming to rest on its bonnet alongside State Highway 2, approximately seven kilometers south of Dannevirke just after 10am.
The woman suffered status two injuries and the cause of the accident was unknown.
