Time management and a positive team culture are two of the most important things business leaders should work on, says Frances Benge, the CEO of Cure Kids.
Ms Benge is the guest speaker at a business breakfast next month, part of the Business Breakfast Series organised by Napier City Council.
The event will be held on Wednesday, November 8 at the Napier Conference Centre.
Ms Benge, who spent 25 years at international pharmaceutical company Pfizer, promotes realistic working practices that allow her teams time with their families, playing sport and living their lives - without affecting the bottom line.
"The achievement of goals is a greater measure of success than the hours spent at a desk," she says.
