Big rigs set to wow the crowds on Sunday at Tui Brewery

Big rigs will take centre stage at Tui Brewery on Sunday, with the popular Tui Truck Stop Show and Shine returning to Mangatainoka.
Trucks are expected to come from far and wide for the annual truck show, a highlight on the New Zealand trucking calendar, providing an impressive display ofbig rigs for drivers, owners, truck lovers and families alike.
The 2019 event attracted 149 trucks from around the North Island, and after the cancellation of last years' event due to Covid-19, the team at Tui Brewery are excited to be welcoming truck owners, drivers and enthusiasts back.
Organiser Kate Steminger says staff were all really excited about bringing the Tui Truck Show back to the brewery this year.
"The team are gearing up for an epic weekend, with loads of prizes up for grabs. This event just gets better and better, and now showcases some of the finest trucks in New Zealand.
"It's going to be a great day out, and we're looking forward to welcoming people from around the region come and check out the displays and enjoy the entertainment."
The event opens at 11am. Entry is free for spectators. There will be live music and activities, brewery tours, great food, cold beer and other refreshments.
Registration for trucks is just $10. All proceeds from registrations will go to the Mangatainoka Reserve Restoration Project.
