Also on the bill will be Cousin Leonard from Australia - a contemporary alternate folk, soul/pop three-piece group which has built up a strong international reputation.
There will be tunes and talent galore.
Waters himself has also played alongside the Rolling Stones, as well as the likes of Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis, and was described by celebrated musician Jools Holland as one of the best 10 keyboardists of all time.
Mr Morris said Ben and the band were keen to take the stage in Napier for the two Bayswater European-sponsored concerts as the cause was one close to his heart.
The initial concert has been sparked in the wake of Mr Morris speaking with a mate back in the UK - a mate who had been dealing with mental health issues.
His mate mentioned that be knew Ben and so the wheels began to turn, with Mr Morris making contact with him and asking if he would like to support the Brain Injury Association of Hawke's Bay by maybe putting on a concert?
As he already had engagements out this way, in Auckland and the South Island, he said yep, he'd put a fundraising show on in Napier - and the result was a five-figure donation to the association.
The event was such a boogie-woogie entertaining evening for the audience many people approached Mr Morris afterwards and said if he were able to bring Ben and his musical accomplices back they'd be starters for tickets.
"They went there not really knowing what to expect and were just blown away," Mr Morris said.
"It was phenomenal".
Ben, who again has concerts lined up in the South Island, and one in Auckland, was quick to say he was keen to do it again when Mr Morris put it to him.
"He loved it here - he loved the venue and the audience, he loved the cause and he loved Hawke's Bay," Mr Morris said.
"And it is such a strong musical line-up for Hawke's Bay to put on."
