"They put a knife near my neck and said you give me the money, if you don't give me the money I will kill," he said.
"They said give me your car key, so I gave it and they took the car."
He quickly left after the incident and called the police.
"I was a little bit scared."
After owning the bakery for five years he said there had previously been no such trouble.
Security cameras were installed at the premises but appeared to malfunction during the incident.
But footage prior to the incident could be seen and he suspected the burglars may have tampered with the camera themselves.
Mr Eang had already been reunited with his white RAV4 after the car was found parked at Hislop Ave, Maraenui, just hours later at 7am.
He had, however, not been given back the key and worried about important keys which remained on the same key chain.
All locks had now been changed.
Despite the shaky start, Brown Owl Bakery operated as normal yesterday.
The baker fronted up for work just a little later, deciding he had to "be more careful".
"There's nothing else I can do, you know?"
Police are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen two people acting suspiciously around the Onekawa shops between 3.30am-4am yesterday.
They also ask anyone who may have seen the white RAV4 driving in the area to contact them.
