Police are looking for three men in relation to an assault at McDonalds on Sunday.

A pair of teenagers were allegedly assaulted and robbed outside a McDonald's in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Three men demanded the victims empty their pockets before the assault took place, police said.

The victims aged 15 and 16-years-old, were in the Hastings McDonald's car park at about 5:30am on December 6, when they were confronted.

One was punched and fell to the ground while the other was set on by the trio, constable Rhyan Honeyfield said.

Once he fell to the ground he had his head, face and body stomped and kicked repeatedly.
