This regular monthly market is mostly indoors, providing something interesting for everyone. Besides the numerous interesting craft and collectibles stalls, the market offers clothing, foodstuffs, jewellery, natural therapies and much more. 4. Glaucoma - Public Meeting, Havelock North Function Centre
Glaucoma New Zealand is inviting people to attend a free presentation to learn about the most common cause of preventable blindness in New Zealand. Eye specialist Dr Alex Buller will do a presentation on what glaucoma is, how it is detected and treatment options. There will be time for questions and tea and coffee will be served. Admission is free and the event runs from 10am until 11.30am.
5. Paul Bailey - Hawke's Bay regional councillor, Duart House Havelock North
People are invited to bring their questions on resource consents, rates, water bottling, dams and the port to a meeting of the Hawke's Bay East Coast group of the New Zealand Association of Rationalists and Humanists. The meeting runs from 7pm-9pm at Duart House, Havelock North.
6. Black Barn Cyclocross Hawke's Bay Series 2017
Cyclocross (CX) takes elements from both road and mountain bike racing and presents it as a spectator-friendly, short, fast race that all ages and skill levels can enjoy. It's typically raced on an off-road circuit and each lap takes four to six minutes to finish. Riders complete several laps in each race. This is the last of the four-event series. The day begins at 10am tomorrow, at Black Barn Vineyards, and costs $15 to enter.

7. Red Wines tasting day, Moana Park Winery
The winery is having the first of its themed colour days tomorrow, with the full suite of its reds open for tasting. There will be sales by the glass with a nibble or two also available. The winery is on Puketapu Rd at No 530. The tasting begins at the cellar door from 10am.
