Rough sleepers, volunteers, councillors and even Santa joined in the festivities at the Clive Square Christmas dinner last night.
Donated food fed 150 people from "all walks of life", while white-shirted volunteers, a band, and Hair 2 go hairdressers donated their time for the memorable event.
Organisers Kiri and Kevin Swannell said they were absolutely blown away by the size of the event, which they hoped would bring people together as a community.
"It makes people feel special because they know it's for them," Ms Swannell said, "they've been looking forward to it all year."
Kevin Swannell said this year's focus was on "building the bridge between the community and rough sleepers".
