Their original music is infused with different traditions from the Faroes, Sweden, Bulgaria, Italy, Belgium, Scotland, Ukraine, South America and Ireland. Mix this with the undeniable talent of Nuala Kennedy, the energy of jigs and reels, ballads and song this will be an exciting concert.
Kennedy is a buoyant Irish singer and flute player with a hauntingly beautiful voice and adventurous instrumentation. Kennedy's singing and flute playing springs from the traditional music of Ireland and Scotland and from the depths of her imagination.
