Kanye West got himself into a spot of bother during a recent concert in Sydney.
The leather-skirted rapper's demanding behaviour is well-documented but this particular incident really takes the cake as far as obnoxiousness is concerned.
A concert-goer filmed the offending three minutes and posted a clip on social media for all to see.
In the middle of his show at the Qantas Credit Union Arena, Kanye apparently refused to continue singing until every audience member stood up and danced. He then pointed out two people specifically - one of whom was in a wheelchair.
"Y'all having a good time so far? I decided I can't do this song - I can't do the rest of this show - until everybody stands up."
"Is he in a wheelchair?" he asked. The crowd booed. The awkwardness continued as the arena crowd chanted "Stand up! Stand up! Stand up!"
Did he stop there? No. Kanye just stood on stage, looking in their direction. "There's literally two people left," he said. "There's two people left. They don't want to stand up." More booing.
"This is the longest I've had to wait to do a song," Kanye said, sounding annoyed. "It's unbelievable."
Then came this: "Now, if he is in a wheelchair, it's fine. Is he in a wheelchair right there?"
He repeated the question a couple more times before he was finally satisfied.
An Australian newspaper reported that Kanye eventually sent over his bodyguard to check whether the fan was actually wheelchair-bound.
"Okay," Kanye said, launching into his song Good Life. I am not familiar with Kanye's work, as I am not a fan, but apparently the crowd cheered.
Oh, dear. Kanye might be raking in the millions on his concert tour but picking on the disabled makes him the king of whack. There are other, less-endearing terms for him, of course, but you can read those for yourselves online.
Put 'em away
Kanye's wife, Kim Kardashian-West, is clearly hooked on the man.
It would take a special kind of someone to prompt her to throw out almost her entire clothing collection because Kanye likes his girl to dress "classy - black and white is classy".
During the recent wedding preparations, he told the bridesmaids that no, they could not have slits in their dresses because "it wouldn't be appropriate".
If that is how he feels, why does he continually pick out outfits for Kim (yes, he chooses her wardrobe these days) which make her look like a cheap hooker?
Honestly, Kim, put your bazookas away, dear, and pop on a skirt which doesn't reveal more than it hides. You're a respectable wife and mother now. Well ... a wife and mother, at least.
Maybe Kim feels a little sidelined these days as the fashion world shifts its focus to her little sister, Kendall Jenner, who is taking the New York catwalks by storm and basking in the supermodel spotlight.
I don't want to dub Kim a has-been, as I am sure there will be plenty more stories about her for years to come (there is no denying she has a beautiful face) but I think her Reality Show Queen reign is coming to an end. Rock on, Kendall.
