Hawke's Bay-based NZCU Baywide has appointed three new senior executives: Andrew Quayle as general manager marketing and communications, Chris Fenwick as chief finance officer, and Blair Cross as lending manager.

Prior to joining the credit union, Mr Quayle held senior marketing roles at NZ Lotteries Commission and NZ Post, and was General Manager of Marketing and Strategy at Allied Farmers.

Mr Fenwick assumes his CFO role, having been promoted from his previous role as Financial Controller. Prior to this he held roles at the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development and KPMG.

Mr Cross joins the company from his role as manager of HBS Bank, overseeing the Hawke's Bay branches. He has also held roles with PSIS (now the Co-operative Bank) including National Credit Risk manager.

"Our leadership team is looking stronger than ever with a good balance of experience, knowledge and innovation. Our member-owners can feel confident that NZCU Baywide will continue to go from strength to strength," CEO Gavin Earle said.
