On Day 1 of the championships, Ella Kelso won silver in both the junior and senior u70kg divisions.
“This was a great build-up for Ella as she will compete at the Oceania Open in Perth this weekend,” club coach Jason King said.
Sydnee Andrews would also compete at the Oceania Open on her way back to Europe, where she plans to spend the next two years trying to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics, Jones said.
On Day 2, Jacobs, Spriggs, Parkin and Kirkpatrick won their gold medals.
Gisborne Judo Club competitors filled the podium in the u63kg senior girls' division. Parkin claimed gold, Amelia Gibb silver and Allie Jones-Boyd bronze.
King said it was always a treat when club members took a clean-sweep of the podium places.
“Cleo's gold this year was her third national title in a row,” he said.
“She also won silver in the senior girls' open and Amelia (Gibb) won bronze.”
In the senior girls' u44kg division, Zara Kirkpatrick won all her fights on the way to her gold medal.
Shelby Kirkpatrick fought well but finished outside the medal places.
“The team were up against strong opposition from around the country and displayed some outstanding judo,” King said
“This competition was well run and was a great experience for Gisborne Judo Club members.
“We also had a lot of support from family members travelling to this event.”
