Re Tairāwhiti Moves and the council’s plans to tinker with our city roading  network, I have two questions.
Who asked for Gisborne to be made New Zealand’s cycling centre?
Who asked council and its staff to keep coming up with unrequested ideas which seem mostly designed to keep themselves in a job?
Gisborne
is long overdue for a huge change in the way the district council thinks and operates.
