Re: Town upgrades or city cycle and walkway, December 16 story.

Many GDC ratepayers must be asking the question of councillors, “why is priority not being given to fixing the sewage overflows into the rivers/sea that occur far too often?” Surely this is a far greater issue than either town upgrades or the city walkway.
