The Olympic Pool has been hit by boiler issues again this week that saw the 50 metre pool closed for a few days while those issues were dealt with.
It reopened again yesterday.
Aquatics manager Campbell Macgregor said they had a boiler fault that caused the pool temperature to drop to under 23 degrees.
“So we closed the 50m pool and put covers over it to return the pool temperature back to 27 plus degrees as quickly as possible.
“We have been keeping our regular users updated by email.”
