The bull sale season is “looking good” after the second day of the three-day East Coast Angus Association Bull Walk.
Yesterday about 150 animals from Kaharau, Orere and Tangihau and Tawa Hills studs were paraded in front of potential buyers, following a similar number from Turiroa, Ratanui the day before.
“It’s going really well,” auctioneer Neville Clark said.
“We’ve had a reasonable number of people that have gone to each stud. Bulls have been well presented and I think we are in for another successful season selling good Angus bulls.
“Breeders will be happy with what they have put in front of us and we certainly are, both stud and commercial.
