Beetham Lifestyle Village went into “lockdown” yesterday after a number of residents presented with gastroenteritis.
A district health board spokesman said the lockdown was “normal procedure” in such cases.
The situation was being closely monitored.
Families had been adviseda and residents were being treated “accordingly”.
