Craig Bauld, I have known you for many years and although you can be a bit flaky at times I have always considered you the sensible one on the council. This time though you have let me down with your adamant views on this waka-inspired edifice.

When you have been reduced to vitriolic abuse of anybody who holds different views from your own it means that deep down you know you have made an error. I know you are man enough to “fess up and take it on the chin”. Now is the time.
