The visit of boutique cruise ship Heritage Adventurer went ahead as scheduled on Monday. The small ship went to anchor out in Turanganui-a-Kiwa/Poverty Bay until early afternoon, and 75 of the passengers on board came ashore for an excursion to Eastwoodhill Arboretum. The much larger Noordam makes another visit tomorrow and calls back again on Monday next week to wrap up the cruise season in Gisborne.
