A SEVERE weather watch is in place for Gisborne with heavy rain forecast from 6pm tomorrow until noon on Sunday.
The MetService website says Gisborne and Hawkes Bay, north of Napier, could be in for “warning amounts” of rain, 90mm over those 18 hours.
