I was very dismayed to hear that Fair Go is one of the programme cuts TVNZ has proposed.
I am a regular watcher. It is a programme that assists the battle of the consumer against both large corporates and the smallest of businesses when a perceived Fair Go has not been seen to be done. It exposes the scumbags who rip off customers, who we are glad to be informed about so we can avoid them.
Often local businesses voluntarily sort out the mess left by the scumbags, showing the best of Kiwi spirit.
It is a programme we should not allow to be axed.
There is a Save Fair Go petition on Change.org which only takes a few moments to sign. I hope enough of us sign it so that TVNZ takes notice. It is a programme about caring and we should care for it . Go sign the petition!
