A customised trailer bearing the name Hear4U has been donated by two locals to further support the men’s mental health charitable trust. Trailer builder by profession Mason O’Dwyer and his friend Griffin Law built the room-sized trailer for the trust to store the gear needed for such future events as the Taupō Marathon. “ We have known Krissy and Hear4U since day one,” said Mr O’Dwyer. Hear4U co-founder Krissy Mackintosh said it was a “cool contribution” and that the two had done an amazing job. “The trailer will be used for promotional purposes and to also get the word of men’s wellbeing out there. It’s pretty special and they have no idea how much of an impact they have already made, especially in breaking the social stigma.”
