I am a regular user of the library and I also use the car park for people with a disability.

To get from the car park to the library, I have been in the habit of walking across the grass as a short cut to the door.

I welcome this as walking is not easy.

On Sunday, I found my way blocked by a black metal fence.

Thus, the distance to the door was considerably increased, to my chagrin.
