Eastland Port had a solid month of shipping in November with a total of 10 log ships and three cruise ships that came calling.
The log ships took away a total of 230,000 tonnes of cargo exported from the region.
A port spokesperson said they expect a busy period this
month in the lead up to Christmas.
The port shipping schedule shows nine log ships due before the end of the month — Rin Treasure due at the weekend, then the Enishi, Tia Marta, FW Excursionst, Nordic Weco, Moning, Pan Optimum, Cosmo Gloria and the Crystal Place.
Two more cruise ships arrive this month with the Star Breeze due on December 20.
