Just what the Elgin shopping area needs, a second vape shop. Haven’t we got the highest per capita of anywhere in New Zealand? So why keep adding to it? I guess it’s tax revenue for the government and no doubt they will be putting it to good use like roading or rail for the area. (Yeah right.)
