“I find it really easy to stick to something, such as not drinking for a month, once I have made up my mind.
“To be honest, I was well overdue for an alcohol reset after noticing I had been drinking more since Covid hit town and our lockdowns started,” Tess said.
“My Garmin app says my sleep quality has improved since I stopped drinking.
“I feel way more refreshed in the mornings. Now I get up to go for a run or do weight training before work, which is a change after neglecting exercise for a very long time.
“We have an eight-week weight loss challenge going at work and I have my beady eyes on the prize.”
