Opinion

“And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh thereof.” Genesis 2, 21-22.

God didn’t take it from Adam’s feet for her to be trampled on, nor from his head to be lord over her. But from under his arm to love her and to cherish her.
