TOP:
2 cartons cream cheese (500gm).½ cup sugarMix with beater.
ADD:
1 pkt lemon jelly dissolved in 1 cup boiling water.Juice of ¼ lemon and zest of ¼ lemon or more if you like it tarty. Stir until dissolved.
METHOD:
Mix with cream cheese mix and also add 160ml cream.Beat again.Pour over base.Refrigerate.
NAN’S TIPS:
If you really want to get decadent whip up some cream for the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with lemon zest.If you do not have a round dish a square dish is just as good.Once cold, slice and arrange on serving dish.
