Metal band Misanthropy darkens Gisborne skies for the first time on Saturday when the act brings a tribute show to metal titans, Death, to Smash Palace.
Also contributing to the metal meltdown in the industrial subdivision will be Slayer tribute band Ghosts of War, made up of Steve Bernstein (MetalTower,
Sciolism), Dan Bernstein (MetalTower, Sciolism), Vincent Hogan (Harbinger) and Jacob Panapasa (Harbinger).
Gisborne’s newest metal-originals band Flay the Apostle, who promise “blackend death thrash” will be unchained to make their first public appearance.
