For the second year in a row Steampunk and murder collide on Gisborne’s historic Wa165 steam train.
Steampunk Shenanigans, a murder mystery play, returns to Gisborne during Labour Weekend on Sunday October 22.
Participants are encouraged to get decked out in Steampunk-themed costumes, (a blend of Victoriana and futuristic gadgetry)
and enjoy the fun and carnage that ensues as the passengers and cast of Gisborne actors intermingle on the steam train journey to Muriwai.
