Ingredients
2 | Nectarines (Main) |
2 | Apricots (Main) |
3 | Plums (Main) |
2 | Peaches (Main) |
1 cup | Cherries |
⅓ cup | Raw sugar |
1 | Lemon, juice of, or lime |
3 Tbsp | Balsamic vinegar, or orange juice |
Directions
- Quarter or halve the fruit depending on the size you like and what is available (remove stones) and then place in a roasting dish. Alter amount depending on how many you would like to serve.
- Sprinkle with the sugar (vary depending on tartness fruit). Add lemon or lime juice. Add balsamic vinegar or orange juice depending on taste. Roast at 180 for 30 min
- Serve with a bowl of half Greek yoghurt & whipped cream, or ice cream, and then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
