Ingredients
1 can | Coconut milk (Main) |
1 cup | Dates, pitted |
½ cup | Cocoa powder (Main) |
2 pinches | Sea salt |
Directions
- Transfer all ingredients to a high-speed blender or reasonably powerful blender and blend until smooth. (If your blender isn't very powerful, let the dates soak in the coconut milk for a while.)
- Transfer blended mixture to dessert bowls and chill until solid (approx. 4-6 hours, depending on fridge).
- Garnish with cacao nibs and grated coconut or topping of your choice.
