Skellerup Holdings has raised $21.1 million from a rights issue to repay debt with the help of underwriters.
The company received subscriptions for only $12.3 million worth of shares under the offer so ABN Amro NZ arranged for AMP Capital and parties associated with Sir Selwyn Cushing, David Mair and John Thompson, as sub-underwriters, to buy $8.8 million worth of shares.
