Software company Enprise Group will list on the NZX's alternative market on December 1, according to a notice published on the stock exchange's website.
The Auckland-based firm provides support to users and resellers of MYOB's EXO accounting software platform.
It also develops and sells software "add-on modules" for tech giant SAP's Business One platform and provides cloud-based billing and reporting services for telecommunication firms and utilities, according to its website.
Chief executive Mark Loveys could not be reached for comment on the NZAX-listing.
Enprise topped the list of TIN100+ companies - those too small for the main TIN100 annual list of New Zealand technology firms - this year.
