Tauranga police have serious concerns for a man missing since Sunday and have called on people to help urgently find him.

James Richard Courde Vachre was last seen at home early on the afternoon of Sunday November 2.
Mr Vachre is described as a male Maori aged 22 years of slim to medium build, approximately 178 centimetres tall. He has short black hair, brown eyes, and a "whispy goatee beard and moustache".
Senior Sergeant Glenn Saunders said it was not known what clothing Mr Vachre was wearing when he went missing but any person with knowledge of Mr Vachre's whereabouts is asked to contact the nearest police station urgently.
