Chefs from Tauranga's hotel Trinity Wharf have brought home four silver and six bronze awards from the 20th Annual New Zealand National Culinary Fare.
Executive chef Simon Green and sous chef Stuart Perry also represented the Bay Of Plenty and Waikato region in the New Zealand regional final, securing silver for the region.
Each were also awarded silver for their individual efforts.
Held in Auckland from August 19 to 21, the event is the largest culinary competition in the Southern Hemisphere, hosting 1000 competitors from across New Zealand and overseas.
During the three days of competition, students and industry professionals test their skills across 66 classes and compete for national titles.
