The mother of Captain Mark Phillips' love child, Heather Tonkin, is selling her luxury South Auckland home.
Offers over $1.5 million are being accepted for Whitby Lodge in Whitford's Polo Lane.
Ms Tonkin would not comment on why the four-bedroom house was for sale nor confirm where she would be moving to.
She said she bought the property 20 years ago because it was an ideal place to keep her horses.
An advertisement in the Weekend Herald described the property as "a charismatic mix of old English and French Provincial."
It said: "Heather Tonkin has held the celebrity limelight in the past, but it is her home that is getting the attention of late ... Considering the owner's aristocratic connections, what could be more appropriate than its location in Polo Lane."
Ms Tonkin announced in 1991 that her four-year-old child, Felicity, was the result of an affair with Captain Phillips.
She received a settlement of $12,000 a year after suing him over the paternity.
Her daughter Felicity, who is half-sister to Princess Anne's children, Peter and Zara, is a pupil at Auckland's Diocesan School for Girls.
